I started making
homemade ice pops for my kids in the summer years ago and they remain one of
their all-time favorite things I make.
They are packed natural sweet goodness and all the health benefits of
fresh fruit and yogurt. I love to
serve these to kids (and adults!) at summer parties or on any hot afternoon for
a snack. You can use any fruit
that looks great and is in season…we love peach, plum and cherry, too!
Makes 16, 2oz. ice pops
2 c. quartered
strawberries
1 c. blueberries
11/2 c. plain greek yogurt
¼ c. agave nectar or
honey
Blend all ingredients in
blender until smooth. Pour into
pop molds and freeze. Freeze for
4-5 hours.
Enjoy!
